Private Car Charter Booking Form
Note:
- Car charter works starting and ending at point of pick up in Khao Lak or either start from / to Phuket Airport and Khao Lak
- Petrol fee is include above price
- Payment by cash to driver on your booking date
- We are not responsible any accident injuries, loss or damage customers belongings/properties when customers join 3rd party activities during the charter.
Our Transfer booking policies :
- 1st Baby Seat is on our complimentary (not over 2 years old) and 2nd Baby Seat is 300 baht charge for Van.
- Please advise us need of Baby Seat(s) when you make a booking.
- Please remark that we are pleased to arrange your airport transfers the latest 2 days in advance of your arrival/departing date.
- Please kindly advise if you carry large size or many number of suite cases when you make a booking.
Payment:
Book first and pay later.
- We are appreciated for your kind understanding that we accept cash payment only. Kindly pay the amount to our driver when you use our service.
- In terms of a round trip transfer booking, please kindly pay a full amount of both ways by cash to our driver at your primary transfer journey.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- In terms of cancellation, please inform us by email 2 days in advance of your booking date.
- No refund on paid fare when you cancel your booking.
